Artist Impression

This is my first time using Blogger Video upload. Seem fast and easy. This is a very short video of Artist Impression taken at Causeway Point two nights ago. My children were very surprised to see this guy. They were amazed. What makes him so special is the dove in his hand, which could flap its wings. When I walked past the guy, I saw him moving. I was not aware that he would only move when people gave him donation until Ricsson told me. Then I stopped by and watched. Indeed he moved only when there are donation being dropped into his donation box on the floor. Ricsson capture three videos of him when there were donation made. He timed him too. Each time after a donation was given, he would move and the dove on his hand would flap its wings. The whole process last for about 12 seconds as what Ricsson had told me. He told me the first time it was longer, but the subsequent ones getting shorter and shorter.



Ricsson is getting smarter everyday. He can tell me so many things now, more things than usual. He can even tell me that the guy is pathetic. "It is embarrassing for him to do these." He told me. "Yes," I told him "and that is what people had to think of in order to earn money."

The guy is not young. I told Ricsson that this guy might be a guy who got retrenched or have no means of finding other job and that is the only way to get extra money. Perhaps, he has a stable job, and coming here at night is his part-time income. We do not know his real reason, but that is surely his means of earning money.



Last night we saw him at Causeway Point again. So we had seen him for two nights at Causeway Point. His 'business' must be good and it is doing well; otherwise he would not have come back again last night. Last night, as soon as he was getting ready for 'business', we saw huge crowds already gathering around him -- more crowds than the previous night. This is really a success for him.
