Home Sweet Home
At home, she only can find a dog. In the company, there are bear, cow, pig, elephant, deer and more animals. What is a home? She seems to find more happiness at a place which is not known as a home, but which is seemingly known as home...
When the company is the home and the house is just a paradise...
One disadvantage of working for no one is you have to cover your own insurance. If you are working for a company, you get to earn monthly income as well as extra benefits like AmeriPlan and medical leaves.
Give and it will be given to you. My mother gives. She always gives. My father just told me a few weeks ago,"I bought her a big chicken wing from the Pasar Malam. She had not eaten her dinner. She just got home from work. His brother came and she just gave him the chicken wing!" He was so angry. He saw her working so hard everyday. He went tour-- he went for leisure and pleasure. My mother only can find 'pleasure' from work. Have she found happiness all these years? I saw her suffer, saw her pain and misery. Now, I still see her working so hard, and she can hardly have any plays.
This is the best Pig's Stomach Soup, cooked by my mother. She spent her precious time washing the Pig's stomach. She spent money buying the ingredients and all she thinks of is to let her children and husband to enjoy good food.
What is her best? She is best at cooking. She serves and she cares. I love her cooking. During Chinese New Year, I got to eat this bowl of Pig's Stomach Soup. I had not eaten this for several months to a year! That was simply GOOD and yummy. That is probably so with the rest of the people around her. She cooks for people around her at the workplace. She buys, she pays and she cooks. She never asks for anything. She just shares. Her returns? She don't bother, and her rewards, I see now.
Now she gets to enjoy benefits like AmeriPlan and there are people who care for her and treat her with kindness. She may not get them back from direct people, but she will get it somewhere else. As long as you keep sowing the seeds of love, the plants of love will grow somewhere at fertile soil. The fruits of love will blossom someday at a fertile land where your seeds of love might have blown there by wind!
I am glad that her kindness had been paid for. I am not sure if her plan is better than AmeriPlan but at least now, she will be covered with insurance and medical leave. That is her second home, but not her home. She spent more time at her second home than at her real home. The second home offers her more meaning and more joy than the first home... The more you know, the more complicated is the word. A home is not just the place where you live...
