Singapore My Home
This picture was taken on 1st April 2008, no birds in the pictures, but now this road, the grass and the trees are occupied by mynas and pigeons everyday.
This morning I woke up, both my eyes are 'equal'. My right eyes and left eyes have different eyelids. The right eyelid is somewhat quite hidden. But today, both my right eye has the same double eyelid as my left eye. Now still the same, both double eyelids are equal and eyes equal size.
Clara is still having fever today. Her teacher called up to ask about her condition. I did not send her to the clinic because there are still medicine at home.
This tree, don't know what is the name, has yellowish-white flowers. Never had I know that this is a flowering tree.
I looked out of the window, so surprised to see this tree full of birds, small and big birds, all flying and hopping from branches to branches. They must be pollinating the flowers. What a beautiful scene. I saw the yellow and black bird (black-naped oriole), myna and sunbird on the tree. One tree, with different kinds of birds -- One home with many children of God.
Next, I heard the coo-coo sound from the coo-coo bird (Peaceful Dove) -- "My coo-coo bird!" I told Ricsson. He asked me what I was looking. Then he said,"You last time boy har?"
I sent him to school, and my mood was good. It was instinctive..... I cannot help but sing the song of don't know what title, but it is the song reciting the Singapore Pledge.....
Labels: coo-coo bird singing, my home, my homeland, peaceful dove, the place that I belong
