It is money spent Not Worthwhile, and it is a lesson learned. The face was perhaps smoother a bit, but my face already like that, and now if you take sandpaper and 'sand' your face, the effect would be smooth too. Get what I mean?

I wonder what is the qualification of all these people. Obviously they don't look local. How many local I don't know, but those serving me especially Ali (not the real name), don't sound local. Most of the people working in this line are Malaysian, and their accent is very strong. I think she is Malaysian.

I was not the only customer there. There was another one who came about the same time as me, but had the service first as I was delayed in the Toilet. Ali came in and out of my room, and that is how 'busy' she was, servicing 'several' client at one time like that. Can she have full concentration on you? This means to say that she would be getting more money like that, working on more people. Who care about your face? Money come first!



The paper or form they gave me to fill up looked so impressive, with the drawing of a face, name of consultant and so on... But I was not shown any results, nor am I given any free ANALYSIS.



I want to know more about their company. First time there, but was not felt 'welcomed', not homely feeling. Have to take out shoes, not informed, and I had to ask so many questions, and they answered -- I asked, they answered. No ask, no say.

On top of that, the smell in the shop was aweful, really hate the smell.

The whole place was very dim. I hate this also.

In the room, I was asked to lie down -- Those kind of facial bed. Lying there, I felt so uncomfortable. There was one decoration cloth on the bed -- is this called 'Hygiene'? Don't know how many people lie down on this bed and the piece of cloth.

Ali spoke like any normal 'beauty consultant', the kind of Chinese Malaysian accent. I lied down, and she told me about my face, my skin from her eyes. I also can see my own like that. She said I have dark circle, melia, dark spots, etc etc. She said my skin is dry need a lot of water, etc etc. All these I already know, I also can see. Whose skin is perfect? So asked me to go there, and what can they DO FOR ME?

Using the machine, she did vacuum (abrasion suction) for me. As with any vacuum cleaner, you can control the power. I was feeling SO PAINFUL, and I told her. Then she reduced the power. Everything is painful, and I was indeed hurt. (with two red scratches on my right cheek, near the nose, just stretching out of the nose, just like a cat). If anything happen, who would be responsible if the scratches were to be deeper?

It was extremely 'sok' (teochew, which means 'stinking pain') with the face hurt and then with vitamin C treatment (acidic). Later on, she told me about Aloe vera treatment. Aloe vera is not acidic, but she told me it would be painful. I wonder if she knows about Plant. The Aloe Vera treatment was soothing, cold and comfortable. It was very good, after the painful treatment. Yet this girl told me the reverse, saying it would be warm! I am not bluffing about my Experience with them there, FIRST TIME.

So many celebrities photographs taken and shown at their entrance. On TV, we heard the celebrities talked about facial treatment, always saying 'no pain', so good, so effective, this and that. But if this is true, why Gurmit Singh's face still like orange skin, the fatty also still so fat (when they offer slimming for people), etc etc... I tried already, one session, the service, I scared. They are not doctors, and they are only people who are trained to use the machines. Did they studied about the skin and body all that? This is something to ponder, and I do not know, since they did not show and I did not see either.

Lesson learned: Really Don't trust even celebrities pictures, Excellent Service Award and Professional Service Award are two different things. Professional and Excellent are two different issues.
