FRIGHTENED TO DEATH
Singapore is a small place but yet not really small.... I was very perturbed, greatly 'scared' and got a shock out of my life after receiving a THREATENING phone call. I just finished my bath. Came back from church, St Anthony Church, in celebration of the Assumption of Virgin Mary.
I have no time to talk about those wonderful scenes that I had seen earlier on, but must PROTECT myself first.
What I had said in my blogs are ALL THE TRUTH, nothing BUT THE TRUTH. NO SPICES, no NONSENSE, NOTHING SPECIAL.
I am just sad that this is what I get for saving Singapore... those days when there were long queues at the Causeway (March 2008)...... Those days where there were rains and there were problems with your handphones...... You won't know what it is, neither did my husband. But I saw on the TV, my school, Jurong Junior College...... I was so touched, and I agreed to go Gleneagles...... I remembered every single thing that happened there, and even in the taxi, what had happened, what Richard and the Taxi driver chatted and so on. Richard's mother-in-law went along with us also. I went there with no make-up, with jeans and carried the brown bag that SingHealth had given me......
Nevermind, nobody would understand, and since it was already past.
Now, as soon as I reached home, my handphone rang. I had forgotten to bring along my handphone. It was out of battery at 5pm and I put it to charge. After that, I forgot to bring it out -- only knew it in the church.
I was so shocked to see 17 missed calls. I was so curious to see who it was. I thought it was my mother. But it was not any of their numbers. There were 2 private numbers and the rest was 11 missed calls from the handphone ending with 588....
This person is very rude, never introduce herself also, and I am still their customer -- imagine they have my PERSONAL DETAILS. WOULD A DOCTOR THREATEN THEIR PATIENT?
I don't even know who is this person. I returned call, it was music mode and I put it down. Seconds later, this number called me again. It was a woman's voice, very loud and coarse voice, saying,"Are you the one who post all the posts about BioFocus on the internet?" I answered,"Yes", and next, she said,"OKAY, WE WILL TAKE ACTION." And then she put down the phone.
That's all, THAT's ALL, what is she going to do? WHO IS SHE? I don't even know. What had I done?
Biofocus International. They called me, not first time, not second time, and said wanted to give me FREE FACIAL. I asked again and again, 'Don't need to pay anything?' and they said, "YES" and still said going to have FREE LUCKY DIP, SUREWIN PRIZES.....
I went there, asked to fill up all personal particulars, as though going for interview. But not shown to me the paper (analysis or whatever in the end, what they had written, not a thing).... They have all my PERSONAL DETAILS, and yet I DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING ABOUT THEM. I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHO IS THE CEO, who is the boss, who and who and who..... I AM JUST THEIR ORDINARY CUSTOMER. SPAT A MASS On my face, and said,"do you want this and that......" If I don't opt for payment, I don't know what is going to happen to my face......understand?????
I would not go there if I am not prepared to lose some money...... S$88 I can still afford to pay, but not of voluntary means. This is an exceptional case of 'con-voluntary'...... cheated you can say. How many customers would end up in such a fate?
This is a thing which Singapore MUST LOOK INTO, the facial industry you called it. You put laws on Insurance, Laws on Real Estate agents, and did you govern on 'FACIAL agents'? What qualifications they have and what sort of things they can do? Just a machine and anyone can operate it? My face suffered two scratches!!!!!! Did they call up to ask about my face? Did they call up to ask about my welfare? BUT THREATENing Call! WHO IS THE CALLER? I don't know, and would not want to find out, because I am not defaming them, but telling my personal experience of what I had gone through.

A company which is 'righteous' would not fear of what their customers comment about them. Further, I am not saying ALL THEIR SERVICE. It was merely MY FIRST TIME, and one service out of their many service. Would a good company threaten their customers in this manner?
