Life From Death

I wrote at Just Singapore about the Eye of God on 21 April 2010. On that day, I was cracking my brain on how to start and where to begin for this post. I looked through all the photographs and I gathered 'facts', and finally I was soon about to begin when I heard a loud noise in my room.

It was this card frame that dropped on the floor. It was a bright day in the morning and there was no rain, no wind, except for the fan in my room that was blowing. There were other lighter stuff on the table but this 'heavy' object dropped instead of the rest! I had no fear. I walked to it, and I related it to my 'encounter' with the divine in the year 2008, 8 March to be exact. Back then, I experienced 'resurrection'... my spectacle and washing foam dropped in the bathroom. On another occasion, both Ricsson and my spectacle dropped also. Ricsson's spectacle was okay, but mine was broken and need to be repaired.

My Card frame which was 'dropped' on the day I was writing the EYE OF GOD.

I must Thank You Jesus for helping me always. He is my Saviour, my benefactor, my Lord and my God. He has rescued me... I was 'dead' but now I 'live'.

On the same day as I was writing the EYE OF GOD and the REIGN OF GOD at Just Singapore, I discovered a scary sight as shown below.

A toilet cubicle and a green tent beside the void deck of the flat.

It was a wake. Someone had died. This is so scary.... what I see, what I know and experienced....

Is it really someone had died? I thought to myself again. But soon the next day, it was confirmed the truth, as can be seen from the photograph below.

Delivery man sending wreath to the deceased family.

This morning, I confirmed that this is not of Christian's family. I saw red glowing lights coming from the wake and a 'house' placed at the wake from afar.

This is so scary. Many people are living in this world working hard for money, but they cannot even bring money along with them when they die. Life Insurance are invested so that when you die, especially if you are the sole bread winner of the family, your family can have a sum of money to tide over the mournful period. I used to work as Life Insurance Adviser for Prudential. I printed Life Insurance Quotes for my clients and potential prospects. It was never my intention to 'earn as much money' from them as possible. It really depends on the needs of the person and I even paid(lend them money) for a few of my clients but until now the money is considered gone...

I studied Life Insurance and Unit Trust/ investment-linked insurance. Later, I even studied General insurance. I have certificates for these three insurance but never have I heard of Funeral Insurance. I had been to funerals for my grandparents. I had heard from my father 'stories' about funerals. So I know that managing funerals are not as easy tasks to handle as well. But over here in Singapore, people are very conservative and don't like to talk about death and funerals. But the new generation of people, as always the case, the children and teens are people we are targeting to 'educate' them on the truth of life...

Woodlands Environment Day

This is so funny and so interesting. I have no time to upload my new photos yet. This is something which I had got ready last night, and this morning when I woke up at 4am. However, I only have time now... so much things to convey and yet so little time I have. I have to 'beg' him to look after Isaac. I have to 'psycho' him and it all depends on his 'mood'...

Yesterday, I wanted to watch sunrise again. Isaac and I stood at the window grill, but we did not see any sunrise. It was a bright star I saw, a bright shining star, only one star early in the morning, around six plus... I began to wonder what is the time of sunrise. I asked Richard and he had no idea too.

Photograph of the sky taken at 7.15am

ASK The Boss
Well, no chance to see sunrise, but this is called "Every cloud has its silver lining." This means that you should never feel hopeless because difficult times always lead to better days.

(go attend to Isaac)

(back at 9.39am)

This is 10 months old Isaac, sitting on the director chair.

That is a photograph of Isaac taken at Courts. He was sitting on one of the many directors chairs at the furniture section of Courts. It is so hard for me to do anything having to look after him. He is really my little boss. Whether I can do any work, really need to depend on him. If he is willing and Richard is willing, I can write my post peacefully.

(have to attend to Isaac -- 9.46am)

(back again -- 10.12am)

So let me continue about yesterday. We went to church as usual, since it was a Sunday. After church, we walked home. Richard said it was very hot and we decided to go inside Causeway Point to enjoy the air-con. I was so surprised to see Trade show exhibits there. There were lots of people at the exhibits. At the time when we arrived, it was magic show the audience were watching. So many people crowded around here to watch the magic show.

Woodlands Environment Day at Causeway Point Shopping Centre

As shown above, the purpose of this trade show exhibit is to create awareness of for our environment. I had written at my blog, JustSingapore.com about the pool of stagnant water above the carpark rooftop opposite my block. Since 21 March 2010, I sighted it, and until now, the problems was not officially solved. Today, the water is not as clear as what it was in the very first day. It was tinge with green algae, and soon it is going to become a rooftop pond!

The programs for this Woodlands Environment Day consist of Orchestra Performance, Stage Performances, Games and Quizzes, Flea Market, Illusion Show and Recycle craft. The area was laid with red carpet and each exhibit booths consists of tables lined neatly with table covers.

Exhibit Booths with games and quizzes for the public to participate.

Who Is Responsible???
In-Charge?
Richard is very worried about the pool of water at the carpark rooftop. Just now he called up Sembawang Town Council again. He had to explain everything again. When asked who is responsible for the pool of water above the carpark rooftop, the person (Sembawang Town Council Staff) answered : she is not in the position to say that. Richard is very angry at this after hearing the 'stupid' news from TV -- prevention of breeding mosquitoes from the home...

This is photograph of the carpark rooftop near my house taken yesterday. You can see the water is greenish in colour now. Perching beside the pool of water is the spotted white dove.

It is said that "A puddle of water about the size and depth of a 20-cent coin is sufficient for Aedes mosquitoes to breed in." Can you imagine how many 20 cent coins are there in this pool of water?

The same morning, which is yesterday, the pigeons came... do you know what the pigeons were eating?

(1.36pm)

Finish attending to my little boss -- cooked lunch and fed him. Then I had my lunch...

Story From The Heart

On 10 April 2010, On my way walking to Causeway Point with the whole family, this is what I had seen.

I had mentioned about JustSingapore's Favicon on 27th March 2009. Back then, my tummy was so big and I was feeling so uncomfortable and full of discomfort -- I was unable to continue my 'story' about my favicon then.

I had so much things to do and to write, but life has too much things for me to do. I can only do so a little at a time. Today let me continue to show you what I had captured on my camera on 10 April 2010, the 'Anniversary' day (ten ten) where I had captured the black pigeon at the same place (where I had seen the two special pigeons) -- (so difficult to explain when there is no photographs). Here are the photographs which will help to understand what I am writing better.

This is me, holding a pigeon which I had caught on 10 April 2009, Good Friday, on the way to my church at St Anthony of Padua.

On 10 April 2009: Walking On the way to church, first time, saw 2 albino pigeons among the black.

This is so unexpected and amazing. I never expect to see any special things at all. I did not bring along my Casio camera, the good camera that can capture photographs clearly. However, God was so kind to me. He had given me another chance... (tell you in another post).

As seen in the photograph, I had circled the three similar pigeons red. The three pigeons looked alike as though they were triplets. In the year 2009, I saw two of such birds and I told you that One is Jesus and one is me, the 'Baby Jesus'. In this year 2010, I saw three of such birds! So amazing, never expected it at all. And in the first place, what caught my attention at first was not these three birds! It was the pair of white 'lovebirds' (as shown in the photograph below) which caught my attention from far.

Story of The Heart
The pair of lovebirds were so loving! One was spotted (on the left) and the other pure white(on the right). What is the meaning of this? This is the story of the sacred heart that seems to 'reveal' to me what I see. I walked around to capture the birds, the FIRST WHITE DOVE that I witnessed and seen in Singapore, after living my life for so long. I was of course marvelled. It looked exactly what fake white dove looks -- white feathers with orange-red legs and beak. It was simply beautiful. Just that I had never brought along my Casio camera on this day 10 April 2010. The two lovebirds are not separated at all. It followed one another no matter how far or where they go. It is simply amazing!

Just this post alone, take me more than 2 hours to compose (with Isaac waking up and looking after him) and I had to leave things undone first. I need time to show you the things that I had witnessed and captured.

How long it takes us to find you, Lord,
O Beauty, ancient and new,
In all our fleeting joys,
Only your word is ever true,
You made our hearts for yourself, O Lord,
Enlighten all that we do.
We long for you, O Lord,
And our hearts are restless..... (See O Beauty, Ancient and New Lyrics)
